§2. Company´s purpose and goals
§2.1 Nordic Ice Theatre wishes to provide value through creating thought-provoking and discussion-encouraging, interdisciplinary performances. Using the ice surface as a main medium, we wish to experiment and utilize multiple art forms, while exploring the issues and topics that we believe are imperative for today’s society, helping the audiences develop their own take on a given issue and engage in dialogue. Through research-based, artistic and aesthetic experiences we hope to help the viewers pause and reflect -not only on an issue presented, but also in a broader sense - how it translates to their lives, environment and overall wellbeing.
§2.2 Nordic Ice Theatre strives for the following goals:
§2.2.1 Using art as a tool to create a room for discussion on the topics important from a social perspective, as well as encouraging the audiences to reflect and engage in critical thinking and in the dialogue
§2.2.2 Contributing to the development of an inclusive and diverse performing arts scene in Norway
§2.2.3 Create a room for free artistic expression for choreographers, composers, musicians, dancers, ice-dancers and other artists
§2.2.4. Create a safe space for artistic research and experimentation, through the continuous breaking of the new ground in the performing arts field
§2.2.5 Contribute to the enriching of Norway´s artistic scene, through creation of original artworks and composing of the new musical material
§2.2.6 Promote Norway's cultural scene internationally
§3. Board Of Directors
§3.1 The Current Board of Directors consists of the following persons:

Maciej Kus, Artist, Board Member
Former figure skater at an international level, currently artist with NIT and a co - headcoach at Bergen Kunstløpklubb.

Lorena Vidal, Board Member, Artistic Input
Founder and director of International Dance Academy. Former professional classical dancer. Danced with Cincinnati Ballet, Ballet de Santiago, Northern Ballet Company and more. Cooperated with Carte Blanche and Bergen Culture School.

§3.2. Board Election and Terms of Office
3.2.1 The Board will be elected every three years. Each member, except the chair, can serve a maximum of three terms in a row. The election process will be held by voting procedure. Each board member has a right to renounce their duties with a three month exit period.
3.2.2 The board will meet twice in an artistic year to discuss the company's progress, financial situation, artistic vision and development.
3.2.3 The board will strive to contribute to company's sustainable growth, by providing feedback, contribute to decision making and promoting the company's work
3.2.4 Conflict of interest: No person with a direct or indirect conflict of interest should be involved with any discussion or voting on said conflict while serving on the Board of Directors. The member shall state their conflict and recuse themselves from the meeting during the discussion and vote.
§4. Ticket and other sales, terms an conditions:
§4.1. Tickets for the performances, as well as class-booking and other services´ payments shall be made available for purchase through several vendors:
-TicketCo (Main vendor)
-Vipps
-Paypal
§4.2. Cash payments are accepted (kontantfaktura)
§4.3. For persons with disabilities, there shall always be provided a free ticket for the associate / companion, valid with the purchase of the ordinary ticket
§4.3. Performance tickets are non-refundable.
§4.4. Cancellation and rebooking of course / workshop / private classes
§4.4.1 Shall cancellation occur more than 15 working days before the start of the course, the full course fee will be credited back to the customer.
§4.4.2 Shall cancellation occur 10-5 working days or less before the start of the course, Nordic Ice Theatre refunds 50% of the course / workshop fee.
§4.4.3 Shall cancellation occur less than 5 working days before the start of the course, there is no refund.
§4.4.4 Cancellation is only valid when it has been confirmed by the Company
§4.4.5 The customer can replace a participant with another free of charge, as long as the new participant meets the requirements for the course - this also applies with less than 10 working days' notice. The company must be informed of this, before the start of the course.
§4.4.6. Cancellation due to illness is accepted by sending a copy of sick leave.
§4.4.7 If the course is to be conducted at the customer's premises or at a third party´s premises, all possible costs related to cancellation or rebooking will be invoiced to the customer, regardless of how long before the start of the course this cancellation or rebooking occurs.
§4.4.8 Malgorzata Osypinska Nordice reserves the right to cancel planned courses. Shall this occur, the full course fee will be refunded back to the customer.
